Let Leaders Lead

Workshops That
Ignite A Reset
Led by Lisa Bodell

Keynotes create belief. Workshops create change.

Lisa’s workshops are hands-on, practical, and designed to help leaders and teams simplify work, eliminate what no longer serves, and reset how we work in an inspiring way.

When Insight Isn’t Enough

Organizations don’t struggle because people lack effort. They struggle because too much unnecessary work has been allowed to persist.

Lisa’s workshops help teams confront the real sources of friction, complexity, and overload—and fix them together. The result is faster alignment, clearer decisions, and work that actually works.

Often paired with a keynote, workshops accelerate impact and create tangible shifts in how leaders lead, how work gets done, and how people show up every day.

What These Workshops Do

These workshops are designed for organizations that:

Lead Without Noise: A System Reset for Real Leadership

Workshop Option

Lead Without Noise: A System Reset for Real Leadership

Duration: 2 hours
Format: Interactive, fast-paced, and tailored to your leadership realities
This hands-on session turns the Let Leaders Lead philosophy into practice. Lisa guides participants through a dynamic experience that helps leaders identify and eliminate the real barriers keeping them from leading effectively.
Through a mix of group exercises, breakout discussions, and all-room interaction, participants will:
Spot the Systemic Saboteurs
Map where leadership energy gets wasted: conflicting goals, process overload, or approval choke points.
Redesign the Rules
Use Lisa’s “Kill A Stupid Rule” technique to eliminate the barriers that distract from meaningful work and your ability to lead your team more effectively.
Commit to Courage
Each participant leaves with a personal “Let Leaders Lead Manifesto” — three power moves they’ll make in the next 30 days to lead with more clarity, less clutter, and zero performance theater.
Outcome:
Leaders leave re-energized and recalibrated, with a clear plan to cut through the noise, focus on what truly matters, and lead teams that are not just performing, but progressing.

Simplification Techniques Workshop: A Framework for Change

Duration: 2 hours

Participants apply the MURA framework — Minimal, Understandable, Repeatable, and Accessible — to real work. Teams identify where complexity lives, eliminate friction, and leave with a practical plan they can use again and again.

This workshop helps teams simplify overly complex tasks, processes, or projects in a way that can be repeated long after the session ends.

Kill a Stupid Rule Session

Duration: 60-90 minutes

A fast-paced, interactive session where teams surface and eliminate the outdated rules, bloated processes, and unnecessary work holding them back.

Participants brainstorm the “stupid rules” they want to eliminate, prioritize them by ease and impact, and leave with clear next steps and momentum. This session generates immediate energy and gives leaders a replicable tool to drive change.

How Teams Leave Different

After a workshop, teams leave with more than ideas.
They leave with:

Clear decisions on what to stop, start, and simplify

Practical tools they can use immediately

Stronger ownership, focus, and follow-through

Momentum to make change stick, not stall
